My employer, Hansa Customer Equity, was called in to consult on designing a comprehensive advertising spend tracker for 1800-GOT-JUNK’s growing franchisee base.
Through a process of user research, and requirement discovery, working in a team of 4 based in 3 countries, we worked out the necessary features, and delivered detailed design specs and assets.
