I operate by using collaborative design research tools to help organizations identify problem spaces and challenges, followed by user research and experience design to find optimum ways to intervene in these spaces. My technical skills include creative facilitation, software development, UX design, rapid prototyping, interaction and graphic design.
I have a Bachelors in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, a Masters in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, The New School, NYC. I’ve been in the UX space for the past decade and am currently working on re-designing the user experience for Data Center Management tools at Cisco.
